AccoutancyManager gives you the option of deactivating a staff member. To do this, go to Settings > Staff as shown below.
Before you deactivate a user, you will need to reassign the users tasks and clients. To do this, click Reassign User in the top right.
Input the user you are deactivating and the user you want to reassign the tasks and clients to before selecting Reassign All.
Once you have reassigned, find the user you want to deactivate and click the 3 dots to the top right. From here, click Deactivate User.
Note: To reactivate a Staff User you will need to contact support. You can either call 01926 355366 (if you are calling from Ireland 1800 856 033)and dial option 2 or email support@accountancymanager.co.uk.
