The Resources module allows you to create new resources and store information for the practice in AccountancyManager. To access this, click on the Resources tab.
The Resources page will display everything you have added and give an option to edit to the right of each item. You can also sort the data by each column and search for specific resources with the option in the top right.
To add something, click New Resource in the top right. Fill in a Resource Name and Description along the left.
You can add attachments to the resource (up to 100mb for each one) and the section will have unlimited storage. Select Add files to upload a file from you machine.
There is an option to encrypt the resource with a password on the right-hand side if you select Re-enter password to view.
You can also control the user visibility if you untick All User Can View. This will allow chosen staff members access to view if required.
If you want to control editing of the resource, tick Only I can make changes to the resource.
When finished, click Save Resource at the bottom right. Your resource be updated at any time if needed.
